CPNS Jember 2009 (terbaru)
Pendaftaran calon pegawai negeri sipil (CPNS) di Kabupaten Jember, Jawa Timur, menurut rencana digelar pada 26 Oktober 2009.
Informasi penerimaan PNS 2009 ini, menurut Kepala Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Jember, Sugiarto, Jumat, mengatakan, pihak BKD sudah mendapatkan informasi dari BKD Pemprov Jatim terkait dengan formasi CPNS di lingkungan Pemkab Jember, sehingga pendaftaran CPNS akan digelar Senin (26/10) hingga 9 November mendatang.
"Pendaftaran CPNS ini digelar selama dua pekan dan dilaksanakan secara serentak di Indonesia, khususnya bagi kabupaten/kota yang belum membuka pendaftaran CPNS," katanya.
Ia menjelaskan, Kabupaten Jember mendapat kuota CPNS sebanyak 278 kursi dengan rincian 129 tenaga guru, 97 tenaga medis dan 52 tenaga teknis, padahal BKD mengusulkan lebih dari itu karena Pemkab Jember kekurangan tenaga guru dan medis. "Kami hanya mendapat kuota sebanyak 278 kursi CPNS, setelah beberapa tahun tidak ada penerimaan CPNS jalur umum," ucapnya.
Ia mengemukakan, BKD Jember akan mengumumkan pendaftaran CPNS Jember melalui media cetak dan elektronik lokal di kabupaten setempat, namun pihaknya akan menempelkan formasi lowongan CPNS Jember di sejumlah lokasi umum seperti kantor pemkab dan kantor pos setempat. "Pengumuman formasi lowongan CPNS Jember sebanyak 278 kursi itu, akan dipasang di sejumlah lokasi di kantor pemkab," katanya
Lokasi pendaftaran CPNS Jember, kata dia, dibagi menjadi tiga lokasi yakni Kantor Dinas Pendidikan (Dindik), Kantor Dinas Kesehatan (Dinkes) dan aula Gedung Serbanguna Jember di Kaliwates untuk memudahkan masyarakat yang mendaftar CPNS sesuai bidangnya. "Bagi pendaftar CPNS tenaga guru bisa ke Dindik, pendaftar tenaga medis di Dinkes dan pendaftar tenaga teknis di aula Gedung Serbaguna Jember," paparnya.
Tahun ini, kata dia, pendaftar CPNS di Jember tidak perlu mengurus kartu kuning dan surat keterangan catatan kepolisian (SKCK), sehingga memudahkan masyarakat yang hendak ikut dalam rekrutmen CPNS. "Persyaratan CPNS tahun ini cukup mudah, yakni hanya menulis surat lamaran kerja sesuai dengan formasi yang ada, foto kopi ijazah yang dilegalisir dan pas foto," katanya.
Ia berharap, pelaksanaan CPNS di Jember bisa berjalan lancar karena beberapa tahun terakhir ini tidak ada penerimaan CPNS jalur umum. (Ant)-TVone

Nama lengkapnya adalah Abdullah bin Katsir.Ia lahir dan wafat di kota Mekkah. Lahir pada tahun 45 H dan wafat pada tahun 120 H sebagai imam Qiraat di Mekkah, Ibnu katsier terkenal dengan lidahnya yang fasih dan menguasai bahasa Arab dengan baik.
ia sempat menemui beberapa orang sahabat, diantaranya Abdullah bin ZUbair, Abu Ayyub Al-Anshariy dan Anas bin Malik. Adapun sanad bacaannya adalah dari sahabat Ubay Bin Kaab dan Umar bin Khaththab dan kedua sahabat tersebut membaca dari Rosululloh saw.
Dua orang perawinya antara lain adalah:
a. Bazzy: nama lengkapnya adalah AHmad nin Muhammad bin ABdullah bil Al-Qasim. Ia lahir pda tahun 170H. Sedang wafatnya pada tahun 250 H di kota mekkah. Seperti halnya gurunya, Bazzi terkenal sebagai guru (ahli) Qiraat di kota mekkah, disamping itu juga terkenal sebagai muadzin Masjidil Haram
b. Qunbul: Qunbul adalah nama julukan, nama lengkap beliau adalah Muhammad bin Abdurrahman bin Muhammad Al makhzumi, lahir pada tahun 195 H di Mekkah, ia juga terkenal sebagai guru qiraat di Hijaz dan banyak orang datang dari banyak daerah yang jauh untuk belajar Qiraat padanya.
